Adult Outpatient Rehabilitation programs are offered at Community Health Center. The programs are designed to meet the needs of the person whose ability to function has been impaired through normal aging, illness, injury, or disability. Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy programs are available and include the following activities:

• Education and retraining in essential living skills
• Pre-vocational and vocational performance
• Mobility adaptations
• Gross motor treatment
• Pain cycle interference
• Postural and gait assessment and treatment
• Wound care
• Pre and post-operative strengthening
• Hand rehabilitation with a certified hand therapist
• SAEBO Flex program specifically designed for stroke patients
• Pre-employment screening
• Functional capacity examinations
• Balance and Vestibular Therapy
