What is Cardiac Rehab?
Cardiac Rehabilitation (often referred to as cardiac rehab) is a medically supervised program that helps patients recover quickly and provides knowledge to prevent future heart issues.

Typically will last 6-12 weeks; (18-36 sessions; 2-3 times a week)
